I have a persistent itch "down there"?

by "down there" i mean my knee. it wont quit itching! what in the world could possibly be causing this?!?!?!

sound like a bacteria under the skin or a fungi...use baking soda and water and see if that doesnt do it also try tea tree oil which is good for it...give it pleanty of air and drink alot more water.hope it helps
